Pizza Fino

This pie from Pizza Fino was floppy and loose. The crust has very little crunch and the cheese has that weird flavor that most cheap, mass-produced pies do. If you’ve ever had a slice from Costco, you know the flavor I mean. I wish it was a little crispier, I wish it was a little tighter, I wish the cheese was better. All in, it’s a 6.4 pie, Frankie.
