Pizza Hut is its own thing really. It's basically a bastardization of 'real' pizza. A giant circle of fat covered in grease, and I definitely question the quality (or even legitimacy) of many ingredients. It's not exactly what I would call quality pizza. It's fast-food pizza. Like McDonald's. We all rip on McD's for not being exactly quality food, and yet we all still find ourselves in that drive thru line. This is pizza's McDonald's.
That being said, I do get cravings for it specifically. They tend to have good deals, a lot of customization, and it's a quick & easy fix. Sometimes this ball of grease is -exactly- what I want.
Because of this, my score for it is rather low, yet overall I say if it's what you crave, then go for it. Just set your expectations accordingly.
