Pizza Mia - Uptown Deli

My favorite pizza in Wilmington. I love the crunch on the crust. A little sauce heavy, but that’s not a bad thing with this crust!

Asked for it lightly cooked because I’m not personally into a charred crust. Tasty pizza sauce, quality cheese, solid dough. Great pizza.

Excellent pizza.

Pizza had minimal flop it was not overly greasy. The biggest problem is the sauce and cheese were very bland and not flavorful at all.

Zero flop Great crust/cornmeal No grease Cook a little more and it’s a 7.9 Always consistently great pizza here. Call ahead always busy.
