Pizza Mind

A little chewy, low sauce. Excellent crust, good cheese, not a lot of stretch. Flavors went well together.

Went with the beet and cauliflower, super fun/interesting/tasty. A bit rich for my taste. Casserole-y, as my wife said. Really like the crust feel and texture, but needed a bit more flavor IMO. Very nice pizza overall, though!

Good cheese, needs help on the crust and lacks in sauce.

Maybe my favorite pizza in Asheville right now (although admittedly Asheville doesn't have a lot of good pizza joints). I'm usually a plain cheese type of guy, but here you're better off getting some toppings. The crust might be the best part of the pie, is it's both crispy and fluffy.

Solid and simple

Has potential. Not enough sauce. Crust was quality.
