Can compete with the best of NYC. Minimal flop, thin crust, perfect amount of cheese:sauce ratio. I just can’t give it a higher score than some of the best lighter (as opposed to thin crust), airier pizza crusts. Still really flippin’ good

This place has been super hyped up around town lately and it STILL exceeded expectations! Great New Haven style - thin and crispy. Amazing chicken cutlets as well. The Best Pizza in Rochester

Pizza Nota, the only place around the Rochester area that has this style pizza! It did not disappoint. The ingredients tasted fresh! Watching the make the pizzas was fun too! Bonus points for putting instructions on the box for re heat and keeping with the crisp!

Pizza and Calabrian Caesar salad were great! Pizza had very good flavor, clear use of good quality ingredients and was cooked perfectly. The dough structure fell short of what you’d find in New Haven, specifically their top spots but nonetheless still very good. Pizza Nota in a short time has a strong push into the conversation of best pizza in Rochester.

This is the only place in Rochester to truly get a New Haven style pizza. Very good… A little challenging as i picked it up on the coldest day of the year!!! A definite must if you like thin and crispy…

Just moved to Rochester. Tried Peels on Wheels, which was solid. But then this place opens up, and it blew me away. Great price, thin crust, great crunch, and has a unique sauce flavor. Gonna have to try their cutlets next.
