PIZZA NOTA

Pizza and Calabrian Caesar salad were great! Pizza had very good flavor, clear use of good quality ingredients and was cooked perfectly. The dough structure fell short of what you’d find in New Haven, specifically their top spots but nonetheless still very good. Pizza Nota in a short time has a strong push into the conversation of best pizza in Rochester.

This is the only place in Rochester to truly get a New Haven style pizza. Very good… A little challenging as i picked it up on the coldest day of the year!!! A definite must if you like thin and crispy…

Just moved to Rochester. Tried Peels on Wheels, which was solid. But then this place opens up, and it blew me away. Great price, thin crust, great crunch, and has a unique sauce flavor. Gonna have to try their cutlets next.
