Pizza Pazzo

Perfect Italian pizza that is made with starter. You can eat a whole pie and not feel gross. Delicious in every way.

Crust could be crispier but overall very solid. Sauce is slightly too sweet for my taste as well

Monster flop on the front end; sort of charred some places and undercooked in others; nice taste on first bite; no real tang though in sauce; crust didn’t help the flavor

Overall good pizza. Dude has a legit wood-fired oven and cranks out a good pie.
