Pizza is definitely cooked from frozen. Not sure how they cook it but doubt it's a pizza oven. Bottom is really soft and doughy. No crisp what so ever.
Was described to me as "cafeteria food" and that's probably about right. The taste itself isn't too bad. But it's not a great pizza.
