Pizza Ricca - Boca Raton

This is a high quality pie. Great crisp, and perfect looking undercarriage. Perfect amount of cheese and sauce, but the sauce and cheese lacked some flavor. Maybe with a little salt or a sprinkle of pecorino it would have been higher. But they are on to something here, and the price ($5 for two slices and a drink) can’t be beat.
