Pizza Ricca - Boca Raton

This is a high quality pie. Great crisp, and perfect looking undercarriage. Perfect amount of cheese and sauce, but the sauce and cheese lacked some flavor. Maybe with a little salt or a sprinkle of pecorino it would have been higher. But they are on to something here, and the price ($5 for two slices and a drink) can’t be beat.

Wow. This place blew my dick off. The guy making the pizza, Adonis, said “You’ll be back” as he pulled the pie from the oven. Phenomenal crisp - every bite was a trip to crispy village. Great crust. Sauce wasn’t bad. I don’t hand out 8’s much, but this place with the great pizza and the nice pizza Chef earned it.
