Pizza Rock

A well put together pizza. Everything about this worked. Maybe I’m just feeling generous because we just landed in Vegas and I am starving but I really liked it. They had so many different varieties of pizza that I wasn’t sure which one to get so it looks like I’ll have to come back to try some more.

Second time here and it didn’t disappoint. Got the New Yorker from the “New Haven” list. It was great. Slightly overcooked or it might have been a little higher. Definitely recommend.

Tavern style “traditional”. Thin but ok crunch. Sauce is a bit tart (sour-ish, not spicy-wise). Ok cheese and toppings. Great service. Good inside vibe, but too pricey for the quality.

Tomato pie. Take all my money. It’s so good you’re moved to tears with each bite. Jk but it’s definitely so good!! Perfect amount of cheese and sauce. No flop. Crisp crust. Just so good

The New Yorker

Chicago thin tavern style in Vegas? I was shocked to see this on the menu and surprisingly did the crust justice. Heavy on the cornmeal so if you don’t like that or you’re not used to Chicago thin, consider another style, but I liked this crust. I didn’t love the sauce but cheese was solid and pepperonis cupped nicely. Overall a pleasant Southside Chi pie in the Sin City.

Didn't score the gold standard cheese this time... Went with their award winning New Yorker. The sauce has awesome flavor, the cheese is delicious, the outside crust is perfectly crispy but the underage is lacking massively... It's a little soupy in the middle but gets better as you eat your way to the crust. Overall it's a good pizza.

Cracker Thin - good pizza super crispy middle does not have any crust. Probably the best on the strip.

Best pizza I’ve had in Vegas so far. New York style with little peps. Great brick oven, nice ambiance, walk from Fremont St.

Grandma style has a sweet sauce and crispy crust, 7.5 overall. American style was more traditional football pizza, 7.2 overall.

Very standard good pizza. They have a wide array of sizes and styles. Tons of seating in tavern meets fine dining aesthetic. I didn’t see any slice options so expect to run up a bill.

Had the New Yorker delivered. Was very good. Delivery time cost it a little

Two acores: the Margherita gets a 9.1. Whole not my stile that was one of the freshest tasting pizzas. The Detroit Red gets a 7.4. Great flavor, very heavy.

Their award winning New Yorker pizza. Pepperoni, sausage, balls off mozzarella and sweet sauce on top. Unreal taste! The sauce is off the charts. It’s a little floppy and messy but damn good!

Super fresh tasting, great crispy under crust, just a smidge better then evil pie

So good! My favorite pizza I’ve had so far! The New Yorker is a great choice!
