Pizza Twist

Well done deep dish. Usually these tend to be overly greasy, but this was not. Cheese was mild, pleasant mozzarella. Decent amount of sauce, true to style. Thick crust, making for a strong undercarriage. It’ll get you full in a couple of slices.

King of all Football Pizza. We ordered the Chicago style cheeseburger pizza with no spice. Never been asked for spice level before. Chicago style was a nice light fluffy bread deep with topings of cheese, hamburger, and bacon. Surprisingly not heavy. Could use more sauce and next time I'll customize it to have that. Nice undercarriage and crisp handles.

Greasy. Not really crispy And I don’t know why this is called Chicago style pizza if it isn’t. Chicago style pizza should have sauce on top of cheese
