I’ve been wanting to try this place for quite a while now. I finally got the chance, and i have to say, i was kind of let down. The dough was super light considering how thick it was, but it was kind of tough to chew through. The crispy cheese edge, while it looks appealing, left a weird bitter taste in your mouth. Almost like the cheese they used was mozz and extra sharp cheddar? I know Detroit Pizza typical uses Mozz and Brick cheese, but this left a really undesirable bitterness in my mouth. The sauce was very zesty, not sweet, and kind of acidic tasting. As for the chicken wing pizza, it was ok. Nothing to write home about other than clunky pieces of onion. Onion on pizza in my opinion, should be thinner strands, should i say slivers? This was like 1 inch squares of raw onion. It was overpowering. The hot sauce was good, the blue cheese was good, the chicken was mehhh. I perfer breaded chicken cutlet chopped up on my chicken wing pizza. This was just wierd pieces of regular chicken. To each their own though. I’ll give it a 7.1 just because its different. Worth a try… i guess.
