As someone who actually likes a longer cook, these were burnt. Trying to overlook the burnt taste, I was a little underwhelmed. Not too sure about "true NY style pizza"...It was fine, but nothing really stood out about it.

Pretty good pizza for a brewery, flavor was pretty good. Sauce was flavorful. Two major things holding this pizza back from a higher score are the ridiculous flop (pizza had ZERO backbone) and the crust had very little crunch.

Light sauce, spicy pepp, decent crisp, could use a splash more sauce
