Pizza X

As someone who actually likes a longer cook, these were burnt. Trying to overlook the burnt taste, I was a little underwhelmed. Not too sure about "true NY style pizza"...It was fine, but nothing really stood out about it.

Meatball parmigiana pizza is amazing and needs to be tried. This spot is behind Brewery X, so grab a beer and enjoy. You’ll thank me later.

Pretty good pizza for a brewery, flavor was pretty good. Sauce was flavorful. Two major things holding this pizza back from a higher score are the ridiculous flop (pizza had ZERO backbone) and the crust had very little crunch.

Thin crust. cheese good. Sauce needs more flavor and lacks tang. Not bad.

Light sauce, spicy pepp, decent crisp, could use a splash more sauce
