Pizzaiolo Gourmet Eatery

Big fan of the semolina base. Just gives the slice a fantastic texture and crunch. The cheese to sauce ratio was a little heavy on the cheese side, but overall really solid on the flavor side.

It was soft and the cheese was stretchy. The sauce was not all over the pizza.

Nice slice, firm crust, nice saltiness, , not too much grease, classic spot, great customer service
