Big fan of the semolina base. Just gives the slice a fantastic texture and crunch. The cheese to sauce ratio was a little heavy on the cheese side, but overall really solid on the flavor side.

I’m not sure how consistent this place is but when I went there my slice were very good and had nice crisp. They arnt over the top heavy even the topping slice.

Great chicken parm slices. Great spot for specialty slices. Crispy, firm undercarriage.
