I quick run here today on my lunch break from work. Open til 2am midweek and 3am weekends.
1. Crust was cooked off perfectly, with no flop and a great texture. The actual dough, though, had no seasoning at all.
2. The cheese was good tasting and a creamy texture to it.
3. Unfortunately, this could have been easily in the 8's rating, but they totally spoiled it with too much oregano/basil, not quite sure which. It was hard to even give the sauce a rating with the overpowering of that ingredient!
