This is definitely artistic pizza, but is is good artistic pizza. The cheese when hot right out of the oven had great pull and the crust was nice and crispy. As it sat for a little bit as I was eating the crust had more and more flop but the ends had a great char to them. The rennel sausage was good with just a little kick. Would go back if I’m Phoenix again.

Had to stop while we were in Phoenix. Got there at 11am and there was already a line. Pizza was perfect, great crunch and flavor. A must stop when you come.

Overall, pretty good. Not my favorite style of pizza so that’s playing a factor. The crust is quite floppy and the pizza was very oily which is why the score is lower but I get why people like it.

Wood fired, doughy and chewy with a light char. Mozzarella is fresh. Sauce is mild and a bit chunky. Overall, is on brand for wood fired. Service was beyond excellent.
