A very good Neapolitan pizza. Napolitano pizza is never bad, but they all generally fluctuate by one to three points. This one separates itself from the mix. It's still Neapolitan (which isn't a bad thing), but I doubt you will find a better slice of Neapolitan anywhere. That said, the Margherita is the score given, but the Rosa is the pie to get.

Debating an 8.9 or my first ever 9+. Thought it would be more Neapolitan, but it was thin and crispy and the crunch could be heard from blocks away. Because of the best crust I’ve had it got into the 9’s.

Worth the wait! As good of pizza as I’ve ever had, Pizzeria Bianco didn’t disappoint. We tried everything on the menu except the marinara and it was all delicious. Crust had great texture, cheese was flavourful and all the ingredients were top notch. Favourite pizzas were Sonny Boy, Rossa and Biancoverde.

A 2 and a half hour wait ended up being 75min. Pizza was good. I prefer Mykes for wood fired

I’m a fan of the artisanal style as much as traditional New York pizza. The Sonny Boy is one of my favorites. It had a few less olives than last time but the flavors on both pizzas blend great. Perfect balance of crisp and toppings.

Got the wise guy and the pizza was great. Meat was top notch and crust was to die for. Was busy so bottom of pizza may not have been as crisp as it normally would be, but still amazing.

Massively hyped up, but lives up to that hype. If you like a neo neapolitan pie that is cooked well done, you'll love this. If you like your neapolitan pizza traditional to Napoli, this may not be for you. Fantastic flavors, quality ingredients, dough that's crisp but isn't dry - it's fantastic. Add in their homemade mozz caprese and it's a meal to remember

First bite I thought the pepperoni was too spicy for my tastes but it’s just packed with flavor. Sauce is spot on, cheese is perfect and the crust is to die for. Little flop no grease great crunch on the end. If they weren’t so busy I’m betting the bottom would have been crispier. Who would have thought desert water can produce real pizza

Margherita Pizza. Good size. Mozzarella is very good. Sauce is good. Crust is amazing. Excellent crisp and has an amazing bite to it, just chewy enough but still light. Some of the best pizza in AZ.

The pizza was paper thin and the crust was rock hard because it was cooked a little too long. The taste was pretty good and score would have been higher if it wasn’t as well done but I also like my pizza a little thicker than this

Not bar pizza but very tasty. Quality ingredients… the crust was crispy, sauce and cheese on point.
