Lots of rookie scores here. Guys complaining about stuff they know little about. I know this place stretches their own mozz. Crushes their own tomatoes and ferments their crust. By far the best Neapolitan pizza in the southwest! The crust is crispy yet soft. Beautiful char. Sauce is subtle. Cheese is amazing. Don’t let those two low scoring rookies fool you. Biancos is top shelf!
