Pizzeria Bianco

There’s not a food experience that has let me down quite as much as this pizza. Even without the all Netflix hype, I wanted this to be good. Bianco makes some of the best canned tomatos around, and at 1/3 of the pizza, it was geared for success. I could not have been so wrong. The dough was genuinely depressive, the mutz hadn’t melted properly and was honestly tasteless. I’ve had a lot of great pizzas, and eaten my way through the greatest in Naples, to call this Neapolitan is a sad joke. It makes me sad to say that. Maybe the OG location is better, but how can the apple fall that far from the tree.

It’s very good. Is it worth 2 hour wait? Not so much. Bring good company. Hot olive oil was a star.

Drove 2hrs to eat at the original location but there was a 4 1/2hr wait. Drove over to the 20th location, 1/2hr wait, seated in less than 20min. Was a little disappointed to find out they didn’t use pepperoni on their pizzas, so I had to settle for a salami substitute. Upon arrival, I wasn’t too fond of the taste of the salami on the pizza and picked it off. I was really hoping for a pepperoni pizza. I did however order a Margarita pizza as well. Both pizzas tasted great (minus the salami), sauce was clean and refreshing, cheese great in taste and the dough/crust was amazing as well. Soft chew in the center and crisper crust/char at the crust. While I thought the Margarita was better than the Salami pizza, I will score the pizza in the photo for the One Bite Score. The light crisp crust and tomato sauce is what separates Bianco from other pizza joints. Worth a visit!

Worth and hour plus wait? Meh…Decent Neapolitan style pizza. Floppy as hell… Best in the country? Nope.

Fantastic pizza. Kind of curious where all the negative reviewers get their pizza, if they weren’t impressed with this place. Couldn’t even snap a pic before it was devoured.

The most pretentious pizza place I’ve ever been to. 2.5 hr wait, can only put name down, in person, fine, no problem. Was excited at first. But a 5 MINUTE window to get back to sit. Came back at 10 minutes cause god forbid you walk away to find shade from the Arizona sun when they have no space to wait. The host was a jerk and made rude comments on how long it took to get there and how he should have given up my spot. No way to tell them you’re on the way or call. Eventually sat. Pizza was ok. First slice was good but by the time you eat the second and it was cold, it was super hard and tough to chew through. People will still go cause they don’t know better in the area. Grateful I’m on the east coast and was only going to visit.

Worth a visit if you are near by.

Lots of rookie scores here. Guys complaining about stuff they know little about. I know this place stretches their own mozz. Crushes their own tomatoes and ferments their crust. By far the best Neapolitan pizza in the southwest! The crust is crispy yet soft. Beautiful char. Sauce is subtle. Cheese is amazing. Don’t let those two low scoring rookies fool you. Biancos is top shelf!

Very good flavor for a Neapolitan pizza. Good crisp and decent value.

This pizza is ass, if you can even get it into your mouth before it falls apart you are greeted with inconsistent sauces and gaps of cheese. Also the guy who have it a good score rolled it up in his picture with proves that it’s too greasy as well as totally discredits him. Go somewhere else, dominos is better than this. That means something.
