Pizza Florian is absolutely elite. It is worth traveling or going out of your way for.
The owners Jay and Amanda are true masters of their craft. I took a pizza class with Jay, he’s fantastic and obsessed with pizza.
The actual pizza is like sorta NY style, but really elevated. I don’t know how to describe it. Amazing ingredients, absolutely perfect crust. You just have to try it.
