Perfectly charred and ultra fresh ingredients. New place that packs a serious punch. The classic pie is incredible. The upside down is more saucy and delicious. Recommend!

Pizza Florian is absolutely elite. It is worth traveling or going out of your way for. The owners Jay and Amanda are true masters of their craft. I took a pizza class with Jay, he’s fantastic and obsessed with pizza. The actual pizza is like sorta NY style, but really elevated. I don’t know how to describe it. Amazing ingredients, absolutely perfect crust. You just have to try it.
