Pizza Review
I waited 6 months to finally get to do a pizza review here. Highly recommended by the head executive chef of my hotel. Here in the artsy town of Safety Harbor FL, with it's many boutique shops. 1. They are only opened Friday and Saturday 5:30-8:30. Plus they close for 6 months out of the year. 2. I got to walk thru town while waiting for my pizza, on this Saturday night. I very rarely get off on a Saturday! 3.Greg the owner does cooking classes on the side, and takes pride in his work. The quality is at least 2 steps above most any place you can go to from here to NY. 4. Overall it was great how a wood fire oven produced a dough that was similar to a high end NY style place. Cheese was fantastic. Sauce was not a tradition taste and a bit acidic.
