Most like a NY slice, floppy and piping hot. Sauce is some of the best I’ve ever rated; rest of the ingredients aren’t good enough to push it over the 9 edge.

By far the best pizza I have had so far in Italy (Rome and Venice). Crust had the char as you can see which gave it the nice crunch but had some chew. Perfect amount of sauce that has great flavor and the cheese was quality. It was tight with no lava. I must try.
