This is a perfect wood fired pizza. No flop at all perfect crust. I got a margarita and added pepperoni. The toppings are super fresh and the basil is incredibly fragrant and flavorful We also got the arugula salad and it was perfect. The atmosphere is great too, the chef was very friendly and chatted with us a bit I would go out of my way to go back here.

Another pizza place in Rhinebeck we tried after Dave Portnoy reviewed it! Michael and I shared the wood-fired margherita pie, and it’s really good! So far, it’s the best pizza in Rhinebeck! Michael’s rating: 8.3

I got the Marg with Roni, great ingredients, the pizza had a good crisp, if they can somehow find a way to reduce the grease from the pepperoni, it would give this pizza a boost.

This was a very good pizza. If you are within an hour drive it’s worth the trip. Also, Rhinebeck is a very cool little town, plenty to do!

Perfect under carriage. Airy, crispy crust. The wood fire char gave it that high definition. Sauce was tasty, with couple little chunks of tomato. The acidity to the basil. Yum!

Absolutely worth the trip from PA. The owner was very nice and welcoming. Pizza was crispy and sauce was probably the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend trying the pepperoni!

Excellent pizza Franklyn. Great crisp, sweet, zingy marinara and fresh mozz. Some char but not too burnt. A lil bit oily but still a phenomenal pie. Little to no flop on this baby. Highly recommend, some of the best pizza I’ve had in a while. That’s a fucking review!!!
