Probably the best pizza I've had in northwest Arkansas

This place is the only true pizzeria in Northwest Arkansas and only DeLucas can be compared in the entire state. Love the Boston (my hometown) theme and the atmosphere but the Pizza is the best part. Dave really needs to come back to Arkansas and do this review.

Pizza 8.3, restaurant itself 8.5 great American italian food.

Food was wonderful just make sure to get on the wait list on there website so you can get a seat. Staff was so good too.

When you get food poisoning from them, they get nothing a zero. Legit throwing up food poisoning. The dirty hippies needed to wash their hands. And a word of advice never order the special food they’re trying to get rid of because it’s bad or going bad. I’ve worked in the food industry a very long time. This practice is frowned upon, but they still do it and get away with it.

Excellent crust , little flop but still had a touch of a crisp to it , very fresh ingredients , we got the North End .. busy … Neo style , lots of pasta choices and gelatos .. worth a visit if you live in North West Arkansas

Best crust I've had in central US. I was feeling the carnivore special tonight. Would have liked a little more cheese but this is a solid pie. Pricy as hell but worth it.

This spot is a gem. I have had many 9+ Davey pies over my life across the country and Pizzeria Ruby will stack up against any and all of them.

This was a really good pizza compared to other options in the area. The crust was crispy, good ratio of sauce and cheese. Their chili oil is amazing for the last bits of crust.

Sauce and cheese are of excellent quality, there was quite a bit of flop and is pretty greasy. Overall it was a delicious experience.

I will put this pizza up against any pizza I've had in this country and that includes places like John's and Joe's in NYC. Perfectly thin and crispy crust with just the right chewiness. Nicely charred undercarriage and the perfect light flop. Not to mention insanely delicious sauce and cheese mix. I won't eat any other pizza around. Barely ever ate pizza around here until Ruby opened.

Ruby had big hype, and it did not disappoint. The cheese, sauce, and crust were all on point. Super flavorful and well cooked. It is among the best in the State, no question. Bonus Caesar Salad review, 8.9. It’s surprisingly hard to find a good Caesar, and this was a great one. Bonus Burrata review- 8.4, very good cheese, light vodka sauce, and scratch made bread. What’s not to like there. Long story short, sign me up again, please.

So I went here because of the great reviews…twice…first time got the works. It was overwhelming. Couldn’t even eat it because the toppings bogged down the crust. Plus the crust tasted salty…like really salty, but I figured the green olives were the culprit. $35 pie and one slice was all I could do. Took that on the chin and decided to give them a second shot because it has a cool pizzeria vibe. Got another $27 pepperoni pizza thinking this wouldn’t overwhelm the crust. Still salty crust and same result. I’m not trying to bash this place at all, but for my taste profile this was not good pizza. I’m still tasting the salt from the crust as I’m writing this review. I’m astonished by the great reviews this place has received and maybe I just got a bad week. Or maybe it’s because I was in Brooklyn the past two weeks. Either way good pizza makes me want to eat too much and twice this did the opposite.

Fayetteville, Arkansas. An unlikely place to find a good pie, but wow, was I just absolutely blown of the water. Waiting 45 minutes for this pizza was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Placed under an apartment, Ruby’s was packed, had a great atmosphere, great people, but most of all, GREAT PIZZA. A clean, friendly, upbeat pizza place. You could see the guys making the dough and pizza right in front of you, tossing it and throwing it right in the wood fired oven. The sauce tasted wonderful and the perfect amount was put on, something that always will win my heart. Good undercarriage, fantastic char. Made with quality ingredients. Pepperoni, cheese everything. Just look at it! It looks fake! This pie was incredible! Would eat here every day of the week and not get tired of it. I don’t hand out scores like this very often, but well done Ruby. That’s how a pizza should be made. 8.2. That’s a review.
