Absolutely incredible ingredients. Quality undercarriage, but slight flop in the middle, but possibly due to toppings.
This was our 2nd pizza from them. The first was slightly more firm which I imagine is due to lighter toppings.
Be prepared to cut for yourself by knife, and it’s best to understand a little bit of French. Great family owned hotel and restaurant.
