Pizzeria Uno

Chicago Stlye Deep Dish can not be reviewed the same as pizza in NJ or NY I’m used to. This pizza is on a different planet. Besides obviously being thick and dense, the sauce was on the sweeter side and was very cheesy. My advice is to eat it when it’s hot and fresh out the oven. Fight though the pain because it’s worth it!

The sauce was a little sweet but tasted delicious. The cheese was fresh and had great pull. The crust was a little to crunchy and lacked flavor

Great tasting pepperonis, not too much cheese, sauce is tangy. Slice holds together and isn’t floppy. Really good taste. Maybe the best downtown Chicago deep dish?

Tailing the consensus on this. As a New Yorker, it’s heavy but a heck of a lot better than anticipated, and everything stayed in tact. The Chicago crust tastes like Thanksgiving pie crust, which I actually kind of like.

Got a small pepperoni deep dish pizza at Pizzeria Uno tonight the original Chicago deep dish. It had great firm crust and a good sauce with the perfect amount of cheese. The inside is very cool and historic and it definitely worth the visit. I would recommend visiting

The pizza seemed a little bland in comparison to others I’ve had on my trip here. The crust was insanely hard and flavorless but the sauce was really good. Worth a try for the experience.

The Original Pizzeria Uno! Very saucy, which is a big plus for me. Pie crust was good, not mind blowing great though.

As a huge deep dish fan, this is my current favorite pizza. The crust is buttery and delicious on its own. The sauce is so good and I love the chunky tomato texture. Uno in general is just great- if you go you gotta try their pizza skins appetizer, which is basically their pizza mixed with a potato skin. Just went to a different uno location the other day - Love it!

Sauce is wonderful. Crust is bready but no bad
