Pizzeria Vetri

This was the second of two pizzas we ordered. Must say quite some variance. The first one was cooked much further and crispier with properly browned cheese. The only consistent piece was that the sauce was delicious and the pizza is generally very light. Can easily eat two of these pies by myself. Gonna average the score of the two pies for review. Consistency is important though.

Excellent Neapolitan style pie with top tier cheese and a good level of crisp. Also loved the arugula salad as a nice side.

Review 366. Very mixed on this spot. Very clean inside busy hip place. The pie itself for $20.00 well I think it’s a bit high for a small personal. But it was pretty good the sauce we sweet and the cheese was fresh. But extremely floppy although it is paper thin. I hate leaves on my pizza. Great spot for a date or pre going out like a movie or something oh it’s had some crisp but I though could be more crisp crust. Not far from 8’s though.

Great date night pizza. Flavor profile is average, sauce and cheese are fine. It just doesn’t allow for a crisp. Well done pie. Good neo.

Pretty fire, tough for crust to hold up, but sauce is delicious. High quality evoo flavor plus basil really brings it home

Soft and tasty crust with a sweet sauce and just the right about of flavor and salt. Loved it.

Good crust but incredibly bland and flavorless sauce paired with high prices make this a big pass.

Solid would recommend, slightly salty in a good way, good olive oil flavors

-Delivery Review: Margherita Pizza. Paper thin. Floppy. Crunchy, charred crust. Nice undercarriage marbling. Thick and slightly tangy sauce. Fresh yet standard Mozzarella. Good yet should be better. Above average.

Thin light slices... good neighborhood vibe inside... wood fires always delivers a different taste

Sweet sauce and light crust. Liked it a lot but would go to other places when in the city.
