Part 1 of 2 Battle of Main Street: I understand this place is relatively new. They give you an option of Chicago thin or NY thin. I went with Chicago and it did not have the “crunch” the website described. Regardless, it wasn’t too bad. It has really good flavor, which you can assume from the amount of seasoning you can see in the picture. They tout how organic the pizza is and it definitely tastes that way; light and fresh. Highlights are the sausage, which was smooth, not gritty, and was juicy. Lowlight was the crust. Some people will like it, but it wasn’t for me. It wasn’t crunchy, but it was airy and flaky. Very hard to explain and I’ve never had anything like it before. Just wasn’t for me. Overall, this is a solid option in Lombard. Check em out.
