That's a next day half corner slice of their Sicilian. Theirs is one of the best I've ever had to the point I'd say the Sicilian is biggest reason you go to DiFara.
It's a thick, fluffy yet crunchy mess but it's flavorful as all hell. Savory, herbecious chunky tomato sauce spiked with garlic, oregano, basil, olive oil, fresh mozzarella, low moisture. Baked well on the bottom.
I do like their round, but I find its crust underfermented and lacking airiness. It's kinda dense even in the crumb and chew. Not true of the Sicilian. Only complaint is it could be tightened up a bit, it gets messy saucey. Go to DiFara for their square.
