Rustica, lots of floppppp, good ingredients tasty crust not bad

Sauce was watery, but had good flavor. Crust on base could be a little crunchier.

Solid crust, watery sauce. Floppy, but manageable.

Lots of flavor, from the tomatoes and basil. Crust is nice and thin. Has good flop. I wish the crust was a little more crispy rather than fluffy.
