Alright Frankie, New pizzeria. Just opened up on Central in the good old Albuquerque. They claim to be New York Pizzeria, the guy claims to be from New York. I happen to be from New York but this to the test. One bite everybody knows the rules.... Well, ABQ has a new place to go for pizza. This guy is legit, his pizza game is not bad. The dough and crust are standouts, light and airy while still having no flop. Didnt even order it well done as normal I just let them do their thing... Granted it was great next time I will try it well done and see how it comes out. Cheese is good, tadd heavy on the sauce and it thought it could have a bit more tang but still good. All around I give it a solid 7.2. Maybe the best in ABQ?!?!?
