Pop's Pizza & Pasta

I had it delivered so in the box for awhile but way undercooked!! I ordered pepperoni so expected the grease. It was about average pizza. Kinda reminds me of an undercooked Roundtable pizza, which is my favorite chain pizza, but better than Pizza Hut or Dominos.

Pop’s Pizza Federal Way This was on a website as the 9th best pizza in all of Washington State. I’m excited, the owner looked like an old Italian guy with the accent and all. This is a really good looking pizza, thin with a crisp looking crust with some spices visible in the sauce so here it goes.... Yes!!! This is really really good, best so far. The crust had the perfect texture and gluten ratio. What would take this over the top is aging the crust longer to get the yeasty alcohol flavor found in great slices from New York. The sauce has the perfect mix of Italian spices and tomato sweetness. There’s something a little salty hitting my tongue, I can’t tell if it has something to do with the corn meal or not. Other than the salt and aging of the dough, this rocks.. I’m going 8.4 bites. I’d drive to have another slice.

Some flop easy to handle and eat. Very doughy crust but delicious. Price is okay. Tang is good but not great. Very greasy in the bottom. Overall a good pie and will be back. Difference between a 7.1 and a 8.1 are price and grease.

Decent pizza. Great flavor, but it’s a bit floppy. Wished the bottom was a bit crispier.

Everyone knows cheese is the only way to rate this properly. Gold medal slice. It’s very good and probably the best pizza around here. But in general needs a little more flavor and crunch for me. But again for around these parts a pretty solid pie.
