Pictured is the Spicy Blush...blush sauce, cheese-blend, with "Longhot" peppers. Freaking ridiculously good. I've had the Pepperoni, the S&P, (Sausage & Peppers), and the Upside Down as well. Haven't had a bad pie yet, they're all consistently great! This place is legit, a "step above" all of local joints. The highest quality ingredients, great sauce, great crust. It's pizza done right. That 4-day aged dough is a great texture and keeps it crispy, which is what you want in a square pie. Hopefully this guy stays around for a long time. He's been selling out, which is great, he deserves the business, quality ingredients in quality Pizza, cooked expertly. I know the portnoy scale and the 9.1 I don't take lightly. I've had a lot of Pizza and wouldn't steer ppl wrong. Place is legit.
