The mozzarella is high quality with good salinity and chew. The dough recipe is solid but it needs to be salted more and cooked less the first time in the oven. The undercarriage is cooked very hard, it tastes more like bread than pizza dough. Sub Score: 7.1 The sauce is the major detractor here. Whatever seasoning and salinity that might be present is overpowered by the aggressiveness of the sauce. The undercarriage could use less time in the heat and then this slice could hit the mid 7.0’s. 1 cheese slice, 1 BBQ chicken slice, 11:45am on a Saturday, $7.00 This review is on the cheese slice Pros: Almost no flop, nice tasty pizza dough and crust, got a nice bubble in there - a sign of quality Cons: Could use a little more sauce, few dry patches Verdict: Meets the pizza standard for the region. Side note, the BBQ slice wasn't as good as the cheese slice. Chicken cut a little too finely causing it to dry out. Needs sauce under cheese instead of just on top.

Good crunch and New York flop. Too floury on the bottom. Solid cheese to sauce ratio. Great Super Bowl pizza.
