I ordered an "ozark mushroom forest" pizza from Press pizza. It was $25 for a 10", making it one of the priciest pizzas in the stl area. It's definitely a unique pizza, unlike any I think I've ever had. The crust has a weird, spongy texture, and the bottom is messy, like an everything bagel. It doesn't seem to have any sauce, instead opting for olive oil, and ricotta cheese, which tastes good. It also has a cheese called Sottocenere. Toppings are two different kinds of mushrooms and kale, both of which actually go well with the olive oil and ricotta. Overall I don't love it or hate it, but the price will set it under a 7. I will have to try another one of their pizzas in the future.
