Primoz Pizzeria Parma

We really liked the crust. They put cheese all the way to the end so the crust has more of a cheesy bread feel. I would prefer it was less floppy but still a good pizza.

No crust, not crunchy, good sauce though.

Sadly, I forgot to take a picture, however... Brand new place that JUST opened in Parma, and it’s fantastic! Really loved the cheese and the tangy sauce, and the burnt buttery crust was perfect. My only complaint would be the amount of grease and the amount of flop.
