Prince Street Pizza

I was a bit disappointed in my experience here after previously loving what I had at PSP at their spot in LA. The pepp wasn’t that spicy and not all that much on my slice, and the cheese was just…fine. Maybe I set the bar too high, but they didn’t come close to meeting it this time. I’ll still give them the benefit of the doubt and say it was a one off. This time.

Original prince pie. Taste was very good - good sauce and good cheese but floppy as can be. Crispy crust and would eat again - didn’t get to try the square slices which it looks like everyone was raving about!

This is elite pizza. The circle is a little cheesy and greasy for my personal taste but some love that. It’s perfect if that’s why you’re into. Well done and crispy and cheese has flair. Would give it a 8.1. The squares steal the show. Pepperoni has some kick. The sauce is pretty good. Could use a little more robustness but still very good. The crust is actually perfect even though it’s a bit thicker. Char and crisp with every bite. 9.4 on square. Gonna weight total score a little more towards square since I think that’s what they’re known for.

Very quick to get the food and steaming when it came out. Dough was spectacular with under carriage to die for.

Spicy spring fresh out of the oven was special. Amazing crisp and chew at the same time. Pepperoni cups were high quality, not very spicy. Will be back

Disappointing…very doughy in a bad way…I have had much better squares in places more known for their rounds…

Spicy Prince- Quite nice, good crunch, good cheese, decent sauce-could use a touch more salt

Square pie was right on par with the traditional NY slices. This was a really good pie. 8.3.

super super good. delicious sauce and the pepperonis we nice and thicc. i’m not gay but i’d go gay for this pizza

On 1/29/25 I had a Cheese slice and a Spicy Spring slice

Normally don’t love deep dish… but great sauce, good spice, great crisp, great crust

Amazing pizza. Tons of exotic flavor. The vodka, the honey, the spice, all great additions to a pizza. Not for people who want a traditional pie. Great crust and structure but sometimes the middle of the pies are a bit floppy and undercooked. Tighten that up and it’s a 9.

The undercarriage was perfectly made, but it still flopped too much. Taste and quality was good

Cheese was a little sloppy, but the sauce was amazing. The regular cheese had no flop with a good crunch. The pepperoni square was equally as good. Well worth the wait in line!!

Slightly cold, didn’t live up to the hype
