I wish I had more time for this review, but I’ll spell my thoughts out on paper. This place was formally known as Forge Pizza and its now under new ownership. They preserved their wood-fire oven, and their crust is one of the top two crusts I’ve ever eaten in my life. The sauce was lacking, needing oregano, and the cheese was almost too fresh, melting into the pie and not providing that cheesy flavor. Added red pepper flakes and parm at the end to give it some zing. Really great pizza. Best thin crust Neopolitan pizza in the Tri-Valley area.
