Providence Coal Fired Pizza

The staff was very nice and helpful. The first pizza came out with a black, charred crust, but they kindly replaced it on the house. Unfortunately, the second pizza’s crust was burnt again, which really affected the flavor. The toppings and presentation were great, but the crust needs improvement or the oven guy needs to focus a bit better.

Oval shaped pizza…not that it’s a problem. Floppy pie though…very thin except for the end crust. And this one was too charred for my liking. Sauce and cheese very good. Toppings great. The Pie was very tasty but the over char lowers my grade. That could be subjective…

Four cheese pizza was an 8.1 Margherita side was a 7.7 Average 7.9 Solid pizza spot That’s a review Frankie.

Great summertime pie, extremely light, and fresh. Tomato forward, Crust was excellent.

Floppy, good pepperoni.

Nice crust. Good char. Not enough cheese to get over the 8.0 mark.

Has some flop but definitely my type of pizza with the sauce and cheese, very crispy crust as well, (no picture because I left before I left a review)

Nice undercarriage. Super thin with just the right amount of char. Great pepperoni they use as well. All around solid pie.
