Ok I don’t say this lightly. This pie is truly incredible. It’s leaps and bounds the best pie on the west coast. And it hits every mark of a classic east coast pie… and then some. The attention to detail and ingredients are what really sets it apart. It blows me away every time. Usually I get the Al Taglio which alone is really special. A top 10 pizza for sure. But this app is built for a cheese pie. And these guys make an insane classic cheese pie. It tastes like my neighborhood pie growing up in New Jersey down to the oregano… but better because of the quality ingredients and sourdough crust. I am pretty spot on with what Portnoy is going to judge a pie before he says it and this pie is easily in the 8’s and possibly in the 9’s. IYKYK. I genuinely would really say it’s in the 9’s and I don’t say that lightly. These guys clearly have love for pizza. Every single product they produce in house is a banger! Thanks for doing what you do!
