Pizza Review
Ugh. So much potential. We pass this place all of the time and finally stopped. After a fresh salad and great Zucchini sticks, we were ready for the wood fired pizza. The dough is light but could use flavor. The sauce is sweet- a simple crushed tomato would be better. The cheese is fresh and quality, but is heavy for the crust. Maybe we aren’t the audience. We prefer NYC style. It is always busy. Give it a try. See for yourself.
