Had the Americana with mushrooms along with the Margherita. Good Neapolitan pie. Positives were fresh ingredients, good char and great taste. Negatives were floppy, a bit undercooked (only part that was a bit crispy was the crust). Upside to mid 7’s if cooked longer (more crisp, less flop).

Fresh tasting sauce and cheese. Flavorful crust. Zero crunch or crisp. Loads of flop. Very good mall pizza though. Would repeat.

Mama Mia for mall pizza this is pretty good. Neapolitan wood fired pizza. Pizza is made fresh right in front of you. Crust is nice and soft with the charred edges. Staff is super authentic Italian and super rude.
