Pummarola Boca Raton "Pizza Napoletana"

I absolutely love this style of pizza, if you’ve seen my reviews you’d know, and these guys are straight from Naples that moved her for a better life. If you want actual authentic Italian Neapolitan style pizza, this is immaculate. I love it. (This is the caprese)

Had the Americana with mushrooms along with the Margherita. Good Neapolitan pie. Positives were fresh ingredients, good char and great taste. Negatives were floppy, a bit undercooked (only part that was a bit crispy was the crust). Upside to mid 7’s if cooked longer (more crisp, less flop).

Ok so taste wise it’s fine, however a two minute cook is not enough time very soft center..floppy

Filling but not my style

Had the Spicy Salami and for a personal pizza it wasn't bad.

No structure, no crisp, huge flop. I mean fresh ingredients and it is good. Bad undercarriage. I mean it’s foot court pizza, what do you expect? That’s a review.

It’s good pizza for being in a mall but doesn’t compare to stand alone pizza shops.

Fresh tasting sauce and cheese. Flavorful crust. Zero crunch or crisp. Loads of flop. Very good mall pizza though. Would repeat.

Feels like there is no sauce. Floppy. Meh

Very light. A little floppy. Brick oven pizza. Great taste. Very balanced slice.

Mama Mia for mall pizza this is pretty good. Neapolitan wood fired pizza. Pizza is made fresh right in front of you. Crust is nice and soft with the charred edges. Staff is super authentic Italian and super rude.
