10.0 for authenticity. This place is undoubtedly better than 2 Amy’s. Excellent ingredients, especially the sauce. Crust is tasty but has tremendous flop. Had to eat the first few bites with a fork and knife. But the flavor more than makes up for it.

Burnt on the outside. Not cooked on the inside. Like an amusement park water slide with the flop.

Wanted to love it because the place looked awesome and was well reviewed. The pizza was decent but had too much flop, the ingredients were good but had no crunch. Average Neapolitan.

Elite Neapolitan pizza. Maybe a hair below world-class, but about as good as you get on this side of the Atlantic. Perfectly cooked, amazing ingredients and flavors. Great balance of sauce and cheese, crust is textbook for a Neapolitan.
