Amazing pizza best I had in Florence (out of 3). I don’t even like flop and it was still great. Amazing sauce. Meet the pizza chef already forgot his name he was awesome though. Get the legendary version, more crispy and big while maintaining that Neapolitan style. Sauce is where it gets the rating though, so good

Amazing flavor. Sauce was the best part of this pie. Slightly too soft in the middle, but flavor and crust carry it to a 7.8
