Rebellion Pizza

This is by far the best pizza you can find in Las Vegas. We drive 30 minutes or more to get here and for good reason. It’s the real deal here. Hopefully they can open one closer to where we live but until then we’ll keep driving for it!

🏆 Best Pizza in Vegas 🏆 Excellent excellent Bake on this pizza!! Crispy, chewy goodness in the crust! Great cheese flavor and sauce too!! Only critique not taking this to the 8.5+ range is not quite enough sauce for my liking.

Meaty on gluten free crust, a pepperoni on regular crust, and a slice of the special of the day; pepperoni, jalapeño, and hot honey on sesame crust. All told, this was easily a high 8. If I was to adjust my score for decore, music, and ambiance, it would be hard to not give a 10.

Great slices that are huge! The cheese slice was terrific definitely a must try place!

Great dough, pepperoni a little spicy, but really good pizza...

Pretty good pizza. Great flavor in the dough. One of the only places in town I’ll actually get a topping. The pepperoni, jalapeño and spicy honey pizza is pretty damn good!!

Astronomical crust. Everything else great too. Gonna be tough to go somewhere else.

Great pie! The dough is delicious has just the right consistency. The crust is crispy with a nice char. The cheese is a great blend, just the right combination of salty, and chew. The undercarriage was floppy even though I ordered well done which was a bit more floppy than a pie I’ve had last week which is why I returned. *last week’s pie did not droop, had no flop and was excellent, which is why I came back to give an official review. I drove 12 minutes for this pie and fully worth it $16 is a great price as well, the staff see awesome and the place has a micro brew vibe but instead of beer they are creating pizza. Had in my mind from the last time a 7.4-7.6 but due to the inconsistency of the flop, 7.2

Good first impression. Crust is a little doughy. Not much crunch at all. A bit of tang to the sauce. A solid pizza. for a place that just opened.

Closest thing to a New York slice you could possibly get here in Las Vegas. It flopped a bit more than I liked and, the crust on the bottom was a little soft. It always was a tiny bit greasy but, that could have been the pepperoni. However, I am nut picking here and, it is definitely the best Pizza in the Anthem/inspirada area!
